The consolidation story
One group, four operational legacies.
Froscandia was formed to bring together companies that have spent decades quietly building expertise across the food chain. The oldest of them, Misr Cooling, has been freezing and cold-storing food in Egypt since 1977. Season Plus has supplied fresh and frozen produce to international partners since 2000, and alongside them the group's agricultural and commercial arms contribute deep capabilities in sourcing, IQF processing, and Northern-European distribution.
