About the role
Own a portfolio of B2B partners across Scandinavia and the Nordics. Grow long-term relationships, coordinate cross-functionally with operations, and drive predictable revenue from the Sweden commercial office.
What you'll own
- Manage and grow relationships with key importers and distributors
- Coordinate sourcing requests with the Egypt operations base
- Translate customer specs into production-ready briefs
- Forecast volumes and align with logistics on shipping windows
- Represent Froscandia at Nordic and Northern European trade events
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of B2B account management in food, FMCG, or agricultural products
- Strong commercial English; Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus
- Comfortable with frozen / IQF product specifications and cold-chain logistics
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Sweden office region
