About the role
Own the moment product leaves the freezing line and enters the container. Plan reefer pre-cooling, oversee loading temperature compliance, and coordinate documentation handover with our partners and brokers.
What you'll own
- Plan and schedule reefer container availability for each shipment
- Verify pre-cooling protocols and temperature logs before departure
- Coordinate with the Sweden commercial office on customer delivery windows
- Maintain documentation packs aligned to destination-market customs profiles
- Identify and resolve cold-chain risks before they become claims
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in cold-chain logistics or perishable shipping
- Working knowledge of Incoterms, reefer specs, and major destination markets
- Strong written and spoken English
- Calm under pressure and detail-oriented
