About the role
Run the QA function across processing, freezing, and packaging. Enforce HACCP procedures, hold the group's certification posture (ISO 22000, BRCGS, GLOBALG.A.P.), and make sure every batch leaves the facility ready for any customer audit.
What you'll own
- Maintain HACCP plans and lead internal audit cycles
- Coordinate external certification audits and corrective actions
- Manage sample retention and batch traceability
- Train production teams on documented food-safety procedures
- Interface with B2B customers' quality teams during onboarding
What we're looking for
- Food technology, microbiology, or related degree
- Hands-on experience with HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS audits
- Detail-oriented and a clear written communicator
- Arabic and English working fluency
