Shipping & Logistics

Shipping you can plan around.

Predictable timelines, an unbroken cold chain, and documentation that arrives ready for your customs broker. The operational side of a long-term B2B relationship is the part you should never have to think about.

How a shipment moves

From order to handover, one process.

Six clearly defined steps. Each one accountable to a named function in the group. No ambiguity, no surprise handoffs.

  1. Step 01

    Order confirmed

Specifications, volumes, packaging format, destination, and Incoterms are locked in writing before production planning begins.

  2. Step 02

    Production scheduled

Harvest, processing, and freezing windows are aligned to your delivery date so product arrives at peak condition, not in storage limbo.

  3. Step 03

    Pre-shipment QC

Independent inspection against the agreed specification. Samples retained per batch for traceability and any later verification.

  4. Step 04

    Cold-chain loading

Reefer container pre-cooled. Product loaded under controlled temperature, sealed, and logged before departure from the facility.

  5. Step 05

    Export documentation

Phytosanitary, health, origin, and analysis certificates prepared in parallel with loading, matched to the destination market's customs profile.

  6. Step 06

    Delivered to partner

Container arrives at the agreed port or hub. Condition confirmed against the seal log, paperwork handed over clean. Long-term partnership maintained.

Freight modes

Sea is the backbone. Air and land cover the edges.

Primary mode

Sea freight

The backbone of global B2B export. Cost-effective for the volumes our partners actually move, and well-suited to the temperature stability that reefer containers provide.

  • Reefer-controlled IQF shipments
  • Volume-efficient for full containers
  • Predictable schedule windows

Air freight

Reserved for urgent shipments, samples, and time-critical fresh allocations. Faster transit at the corresponding cost trade-off.

  • Urgent and sample shipments
  • Time-critical fresh allocations
  • Expedited customs handling

Land freight

Regional reach across the Eastern Mediterranean and onward connections, where road and ferry routes are the practical choice.

  • Regional Mediterranean reach
  • Refrigerated truck transport
  • Flexible delivery windows

Documentation

Every standard B2B document, prepared in parallel.

Customs profile per destination is mapped at order confirmation, so paperwork is ready when the container is. The most common documents the group prepares:

  • Certificate of Origin
  • Phytosanitary Certificate
  • Health Certificate
  • Bill of Lading
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Analysis
  • Halal / Kosher Certificate
